Yeah, the game is somewhat unclear about whether or not Hayse survives. I'm really bummed if you can't save both Hayse and Morpho.Īlso, the game still had Orma in the city despite my choosing to send her away in the base game. Went ahead and got the bad ending by joining with Orma (which has a really weird tonal shift in Rania's attitude that *nothing* before would hint at) and tried to replay. Originally posted by HudsonHawkmoth:Unless I didn't interpret this right, it's possible for both Hayse AND Morpho to die, as seems to have happened in my first playthrough. Rania will jump of the balcony and I guess join Orma as an AI? Or become part of Orma? Regardless, this ending is quite extreme. I'm super curious if in this combination, since Orma stays in Nivalis, the city is also doomed to fail. AFAIK it's unclear whether she arrives at the city and whether or not she takes Camus and Paswhta with her.
Rania will leave "with Orma" to the new city. In the last section you can hear Orma and CORA discuss that Nivalis will fail and it's citizens can't be helped. Send Orma to another City + Go back to Bed So from what I can tell this leaves us with: In the final part of the DLC, you get the decision to go with Orma or get back to bed. So the decision in the main game is where to send Orma to a different city or leave her in Nivalis. As far as I understand that determines who of the two (Morpho / Hayse) survives the story.
Near the end, as Hayse, you get the decision to save Rania or Jenna first. It seems that the DLC continues with the decisions I made in the main game, so it starts with CORAs offspring Orma either in a different city or in Nivalis. I've just played through the DLC and I'm wondering what endings exists and what decisions determine the ending. And don't expect any post in this threat to be spoiler free!
The title has a big all-caps SPOILER label in it but I'll mention it again.
